A veteran of the hospitality industry, his career spans over 4 decades.

Over the years, Joelle has worked in world class hotels and restaurants and most recently served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at the Cayman Turtle Centre.

The motivation for establishing the TransCayman business was a result of his personal and professional experiences with clients and the demands associated with meeting the needs of a growing discerning customer base, while fulfilling their expectations in a very authentic way.

Transportation is undoubtedly a vital segment of the Cayman Islands Tourism Product and has a tremendous impact on the visitors experience, whether here on vacation or business. “I embrace the opportunity to expand my personalized services and establish a connection with clients I care about to provide them with a genuine and positive customer experience.”
